Sending your kids to camp is a big decision.

Contact our Camp Director @ campdirector@wesleyacres.com to ask questions or to arrange a time to chat via Zoom or phone call.

Overnight Camp:

  • Drop-off will be Monday mornings  

       Pick-up will be  Saturday morning. Pick-up must be done by an authorized adult. 

  • If the camper requires medication during the week (prescription or over-the-counter) please bring these to give to the Camp Nurse during registration on Monday. ALL medication must come in its original packaging. We cannot accept any medication if it is not in its original packaging.

  • Cell phones, iPods, video games and extra money are not permitted. Please leave them at home.  Any of these will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day. If the camper needs to call home, please inform the Camp Director at registration and we will arrange for a private phone call as per the parent’s request.

 

  • Tuck fees are included in the price of camp and there is no place to spend any extra money.   

Packing List for Overnight Camp: 

  • Comfortable clothes (including long sleeved shirts and pants)

  • Running shoes (plus an extra pair of shoes)

  • Pajamas

  • Bathing suit, 2 bath towels

  • Rain gear

  • An outfit that you don’t mind getting dirty

  • Hat

  • Towel/ face cloth/ soap/ shampoo/ brush

  • Toothbrush and toothpaste

  • Sleeping bag or sheets and blanket

  • Pillow

  • Flashlight

  • Insect repellent/sun screen

  • Bible/paper/pencils/pens

  • A day bag to carry things

  • Water Bottle (with name clearly marked)

 

Optional:

  • Stuffed animal

  • Water shoes for showers

Day Camp:

  • Drop-off time will be Monday mornings for registration.

       Pick-up time will be at 5:00pm Monday- Friday. Pick-up must be done only by an authorized adult. If you're staying at the Wesley Acres Camp Ground or     Trailer Park, walk home passes may be arranged

  • Lunch is provided this year! Please advise us of any food allergies on the camper medical form.

  • Backpack or bag labelled with your child’s name

  • Comfortable shoes

  • Bathing suit & towel

  • Extra set of clothes

  • Rain gear

  • Hat

  • Sunscreen and bugspray

  • Bible/paper/pencil/pen

  • Water bottle (with your child’s name clearly marked)

 

Optional:

  • Water shoes
